The Wildlife Company

Wow - Sammy turned 4 yesterday and we threw a fun and easy party by having The Wildlife Company come. We bought a certificate on CircleBuzz back in July knowing this would be the perfect party for our animal lover. They brought several cages of animals - all from the rainforest! A coatamundi, macaw, boa constrictor, giant millipede, baby alligator and more. The kids learned about each animal and got to touch most of them. We ended with cake and playing at the park - so easy!

A girly day at Pigtails and Crewcuts

My daughter Mimi and I took my niece, Clara out for a girl day of pampering to celebrate her 7th birthday. First stop - Pigtails and Crewcuts at Otay Ranch Town Center.  This is a gorgeous outdoor mall with lots of great stores.  I had purchased 2 Glamour Girl packages on CircleBuzz for $12 each.  The place was packed, luckily I had made a reservation.  The girls got to choose their hair-dos.  By the time they were done, they looked glamourous with nail polish, make up and a glittery up-do.  Next stop: lunch.  They chose an old favorite- California Pizza Kitchen.  I love that you can add a little sundae to the kids meal for only 99 cents.

They had a great time and even slept in the new hair-dos so they could wear them to school the next day!
